The service and atmosphere are great and the food is delicious. My Dad got huevos rancheros. I got the lunch combination Chile rilleno and my niece got the menudo. Delicious.

Muy delicioso! The best arroz con pollo in the springs! We also got the enchiladas mexicanas. Everything was so good, we cleaned our plates. The salsa is also perfect! Gracias amigos!

The food was cómo abuelas fresh ingredients,flavors are reminder of home cook. Service attentive, fast, efficient. Pablo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating, patio was pleasant. We had Chimichangas, Taco queso Birria, Fajitas Steak. The restaurant was nice and clean including bathrooms. Sopapillas on the house deliciosas! Gracias a la cocina for this delish food.We enjoyed coming to Miguel’s with family visiting. We recommended. The beer was the coldest in town, just right chill!

Very good variety and such a warm welcome when you arrive. Beautiful Mexican music in the background. We started out with the Quesabirria to share. Very rich taste (that's good). We had a variety of tacos de Shrimp, Carne. Pollo asado. The mega burrito. Everyone was very satisfied!!

Been coming here everyear im here for the Hill Climb, but now the past 3 years I've been a regular. The staff are very friendly and professional. Edth is always great and makes amazing Mojitos. Pablo is pleasant and manages great. The food , well worth it. Great portions.

Wonderful spot for Mexican. Good out door seating for nice days and comfortable seating and decor for inside days. We had a massive ate of nachos with everything on it including shredded beef. These are premium nachos. We also had fish tacos and enchiladas. The tacos were great and the enchiladas were some of the best I've had in the area, truly focused on the cheese and onion flavor at the heart of a traditional enchilada. Go hungry and often!

FINALLY! An incredible Mexican restaurant in the Springs. We moved here from St. Louis 3 years ago and have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant ever since. The food here is absolutely delicious. It's quite small, but the atmosphere is great and the staff were so friendly. Did I mention the food was amazing!?!?
